Pause Subscription Request

In the event you need a temporary break from your Best Marketer account, we have the option to pause it. 

When you choose to pause your account, your pages will no longer be live, and you won’t be able to utilise the Best Marketer app. However, your sub-domain, pages, funnels, customer contacts, leads, and automation will be reserved, allowing you to resume your account whenever you wish. 

If you wish to suspend your account temporarily, please inform us, and we will take care of the necessary steps. We will ensure you do not lose any critical data or functionality associated with your account.

Pausing a subscription enables customers to temporarily suspend their access to Best Marketer and avoid being charged the regular monthly fee for a specific period; The subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period.

To request a pause for your Best Marketer subscription, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service via live chat or email to request the subscription pause.

Step 2: Provide the reason for the pause and specify the desired duration.

Step 3: Please take note of the following Terms and Conditions regarding pausing your Best Marketer subscription:

  1. The pause request will take effect from the start of your next billing period
  2. A nominal fee of USD 10 per month will apply
  3. The subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period with the charge of the regular monthly fee


Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email verifying that your account has been paused.
