We have an exciting update to share! 

With just a single click on the Conversations Page, users can now easily create a new Email/SMS message for either an existing or new contact. Previously, users could only create an SMS message by using the “Create New Message” icon and selecting a contact. 

But now, we’ve made it even better with this new update!

You can find a contact by searching their name, email, or phone number. 

If no contacts are available, you can create a new contact using the “Add new contact” prompt.

You can now create a message for any channel, be it Email or SMS, unlike before when it was only limited to SMS.
